It was our pleasure to welcome our own Chef Michael Bonacini and his son, Oscar, for two special evenings of Italian cooking last October! When the Bonacini boys weren’t playing around in the kitchen with Chefs Michel and Ryan, they were hard at work crafting a mouthwatering four-course menu. From antipasti like burrata and cured meats, to fresh handmade pasta and beautifully braised meats, the menu was largely inspired by the Bonacinis’ Italian heritage, as well as Oscar’s recent summer spent working and cooking in Italy.
As excited guests dug into each course, the Bonacini boys chatted with each table – sharing stories, answering questions, and trading cooking tips.
